For Columbia Sportswear Company’s full-line branded store on Hennepin Avenue, the focus was creating an innovative design that reflected the brand’s core principles, improving the consumer’s connection with the brand at retail.
Several different concepts were developed, refined and prototyped. Close collaboration with the Columbia team, building architect, and general contractor was maintained throughout the project, ensuring the design was correctly executed at every step.
A new graphic hierarchy, fixture layout, lighting design, and refreshed categories zones ensured an impactful consumer journey through the space. Technical features of the product lines were highlighted through interactive technology, such as digital interactive storefront window.
